UX Design

Project Summary

Core Design Principle

Our approach focused on simplifying and unifying the user experience across all phone surfaces. With Zapps, we aimed to ensure each experience looked and felt great on its own while also contributing to a cohesive system-wide aesthetic. By designing once for universal use, we achieved scalability and consistency.

We prioritized effortless, intuitive access to content enabling users to engage with information through minimal interactions. This built both user interest and long-term trust in the ecosystem.

To streamline development and reinforce a recognizable visual identity, we implemented a shared design system covering UI components, colors, typography, spacing, and interaction patterns. This consistent framework not only reduced design and development time but also improved usability and user confidence across all Zapps.

Collaborative Ownership Across Spaces

While we focused on creating a unified framework under Project NOVO, each dedicated space or domain owned their specific UX flows and visual requirements. For instance, teams managing NOSTRA, ROPOSO, Shopping, Gaming, and Finance took full ownership of their individual Zapps, ensuring relevance and depth within their respective verticals while still adhering to the overarching design language.

This distributed-yet-aligned model allowed teams to optimize for their audience needs without compromising on overall coherence making the ecosystem both flexible and consistent.
