About the project

Landing pages in RMG (Real Money Gaming) aren’t just “pages.

If someone clicks a banner, sees an ad, or lands on our site through an organic search, the download page is where trust, curiosity, and action spark.

For me, the question was

How do I respect the user’s time in those 15–60 seconds, and still make them feel safe, excited, and ready to play?

The Challenge


  • Redirect Nostrapro to Hi-Score app download page.

  • Build one narrative from the banner click → download → install.

  • Keep pages modular (so we can plug campaigns easily).

  • Make it super-fast on mobile.

Balance: minimal content, maximum liveliness (animations, interactions, stories).

Two designers and I had endless back and forths on how much is too much when it comes to content. The sweet spot was:

→ Enough info to feel safe.

→ Enough spark to click “Download.”

→ Nothing extra that slowed the page.

Approach

If a user came for Poker, I don’t want to be distracted by Rummy or Fantasy at that moment.

If an organic user comes, he’ll give 30–60 sec before judging.

If I’m an inorganic user (ad clicker), he’ll judge in 15 sec.

That shaped every design decision.

Structure & Narrative pillars

  1. Play. Enjoy. Win.

    • Simple, memorable, easy to translate into Hindi/English.

  2. What, Why, How

    • What is Hi-Score? (most entertaining, personalised RMG platform)

    • Why Hi-Score? (safe, trusted, certified, big rewards)

    • How? (GIFs, videos, step-by-step install, “safe to download” reassurance)

  3. Trust & Safety upfront

    • RNG Certified.

    • AIGF Member.

    • Instant withdrawals with trusted partners (Paytm, Cashfree, PayU).

    • 24/7 customer support.

  4. Immersion

    • Lottie animations to make pages feel “alive.”

    • Quick play demos — so the page didn’t feel like reading, but like entering the game.

  5. Single Format vs Multi Format we experimented:

    • Single-format pages → e.g. Poker-only, Fantasy-only, Call Break-only.

    • Super focused, best for inorganic campaigns.

    • Clean, narrative-driven.

    • The design modularity

      • Same page system, different content blocks.

      • Easy to swap campaigns

My learnings from users’ POV

  1. Speed kills hesitation.
    If the page loads fast, users stay. A delay = mistrust.

  2. Less English, more Hinglish.
    Users don’t want jargon. They want: Banao apni dream team. Khelo. Jeeto.

  3. Mystery works.
    A little curiosity line Best App. Download to know why. performed well.

  4. Safety is a deal breaker.
    Showing RNG certified / 100% safe badges boosted conversions. Users need assurance before money leaves their wallet
